What is your cancellation policy?
- You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it for a full refund, as the items are prepared to ship right away.
- Contact us via E-mail to request cancellation and refund.
- Items already shipped may be returned within 15 days of delivery.
- A 10% restocking fee applies and no reimbursement for shipping.
EXAMPLE:
Item cost and taxes: $60.00 x 10% = $6.00 $60.00 - $6.00 = $54.00 refund (no reimbursement for shipping). Customer pays for return shipping.
- No washed or worn items accepted for return. Items must be in original packaging and not scratched or dirty.
What are your shipping options?
- Items are shipped USPS, FedEx, or UPS depending on quantity of items.
How long does processing and shipping items take?
- Processing for out of stock or preorder items 3-14 days, in-stock items are ready to ship.
- After item is shipped, delivery may take (estimated) 5-7 business days.
- Items are shipped from Farmington NM or Kirtland NM depending on shipping option.
- You will receive a tracking number via email. If you don't, please reach out to us
Do you ship internationally?
- No, not at this time. But if you are a vendor and want to ship internationally to your customers, feel free to use FAIRE link to place a wholesale order.
Can I exchange an item?
- Yes, e-mail us, customer pays for return shipping.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
- E-mail us with photos of damaged products withing 24 hours of receiving.
Are all your items made by you?
- I DO NOT outsource my work; I create everything in-house with the help of my small embroidery and laser machines, but it’s usually a one-man show.
- I do purchase blanks such as totes and apparel to embroider on, acrylic and plywood to cut but all designs are exclusively made by me.
- I make my own SVGs for laser cutting.
- I digitize my own designs for embroidery; I do not offer digitizing services.
- I used the extra hazard pay I earned working in the COVID wards at IHS to invest in a laser and embroidery machines.

Can I request an out-of-stock or discontinued item?
- E-mail us, I make and restock on request.

Where do you sell in person?
- We do pop-up shops throughout the year at the Shiprock Flea Market, Gallup Flea Market, Local Craft Fairs in Farmington or Shiprock.
- Follow us on Instagram (our only social outlet) @ yazziesmallwood for Pop-up shop dates.
- Same day exchanges at pop-ups are always welcome. No refunds.
